Most businesses are set up in less than 20 minutes. Simply link your Google profile, connect your preferred CRM, and upload your personalized image -that’s it! On average, our users see their first review 1-2 days after set-up. It can vary based on how many customers you have, but we work fast. 

We bill the day your first reviews send out. This happens after you confirm the text message, 24 hours within set-up. You’re billed every month after that.

Our pricing plans are based on the number of new review requests you would like to send out each month. Each plan includes automatic follow-ups. For example, on the lowest plans we can request reviews from 50 new customers, but we will also follow up with those customers. All plans also come with a review reactivation, where we reach out to your past customers – whether that’s 100 or 5,000. You can choose a plan based on how many steady reviews you’d like to receive. Most businesses start with our standard plan, then switch to the lower plan once they’re getting around 50 new customers per month.

We recommend we send one review request right after the service, followed by 1-2 gentle reminders. We can easily adjust this to fit your preferences. We only send review requests after a service or during a review reactivation – never on a constant weekly or monthly cycle to all your customers.

When you get a new review while using Flamingo Flow we’ll know exactly which customer left it. However, we don’t have access to reviews received before you started working with us.

That said, updated reviews are highly valued by Google – so encouraging past customers to refresh their feedback can really help your rankings.

Once someone has left a review, we automatically stop sending them any more requests.
